- Access your Financial Aid & Billing Information at https://rccportal.jenzabarcloud.com/ICS/Finances/
- Click on the Pay Using Nelnet button; you will be redirected to the Nelnet website
- Follow the steps on the Nelnet site to establish an account & begin paying on your plan
